I/ Exchange Policy.

Applicable policy: Apply 01 exchange/01 order.

Full-priced products can be exchanged for other full-priced products in stock. Customers pay the difference if the exchanged product value is greater. No refunds will be made in any form.
Products discounted up to 30% can be exchanged for color/size (if in stock) or according to the regulations of each program (if any) – Exchange for other products is not supported.
Products not eligible for exchange include: Accessories, underwear, products discounted from 50% or more.
Products can only be exchanged once.

Conditions for product exchange:

Exchange within 03 days from the date the customer receives the product
The product is still in its original condition when received, with intact tags and labels.
The product has not been washed or ironed or is dirty or damaged.
II/ Return Policy.

Applicable policy:

Customers can return the product in case of a manufacturing defect and do not want to exchange for another product.

Manufacturer defects include: fading, material defects, etc.
Refund defective products via bank account.

Pantio will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Pantio will process within 10 days from the date of receipt of the defective product.

Product return conditions

Return the product within 05 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Refund policy.

For prepayment cases, customers will be refunded if the received product is defective due to manufacturing and the customer returns the product without wanting to exchange for another product.

Refund time: from 07 to 15 days from when Pantio receives the returned product from the customer. The money is refunded to the customer’s personal account provided.

III/ Product exchange/return:

For customers who purchase online.

Step 1: Contact the online sales channel where you placed your order to register for an exchange.

Step 2: Follow the instructions of the consultant.

Step 3: Pack the product, promotional gifts (if any) with a VAT invoice if available.

Step 4: Send to the LLC address and wait for confirmation from the online sales department.
